Information you share
When you contact SMSGRAPH, you may provide your name, business name, email, phone number and requirements. Career introductions may include your area of interest, experience and a CV that you choose to attach to an email. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to requests, discuss services, prepare proposals and support the requested business relationship. Career profiles are used to assess relevant work requirements and contact candidates where appropriate. Marketing communication should follow applicable consent requirements.
Enquiry channels
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, business, mobile number, email, selected service and requirement to respond to your request. Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet managed by SMSGRAPH using Google Apps Script. Page URL, referral information and advertising campaign parameters may also be stored to understand the source of enquiries. Career introductions are stored to review your profile. CVs should be sent by email. Only authorised team members should access these records. Contact info@smsgraph.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry data. Separate email and WhatsApp communications are handled by their respective providers.
Cookies and measurement
With your permission, this website loads the Google Ads tag to measure successful business enquiries after ad interactions. Advertising measurement is off until you select Allow measurement. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. The tag may process cookie and ad-click identifiers, page information and a random enquiry identifier for measurement. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry text to Google through this conversion tag. Ad personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled in this implementation. Enquiries are saved to our private Google Sheet independently of advertising consent. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy policies; see https://policies.google.com/privacy. Hosting services may process technical request information necessary to operate the website.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers needed to respond to your enquiry and provide agreed services, or disclosed when legally required. Contact us regarding retention, access, correction or deletion requests.
